Four Thieves Wellness Blend • Undiluted

Uses • Four Thieves is an undiluted essential oil blend, suitable for diffusing using a Nebulizer or for use on aroma-jewelry.

Uses • Add a few drops of Four Thieves to your cleaning sprays

 

Uses • Add a few drops to witch hazel or distilled water to make your own alcohol-free, synthetic-fragrance-free hand sanitizer.

Research Article: Effects of Rosemary Essential Oil on Mood and Memory

There is scientific evidence regarding the therapeutic properties of rosemary essential oil.   Published in the Therapeutics Advances in Psychopharmacology (June 2012 vol. 2 no. 3 103-113), the authors of the article ‘Effects of Rosemary Essential Oil on Mood and Memory’ found that rosemary essential oilimproved cognitive learning and decreased the amount of time to answer questions correctly’.

So if you want to improve your memory and increase your ability to perform cognitively, try sniffing some rosemary essential oil. The key will be to find ways to inhale rosemary essential oil throughout the day.
