DIY • Sweet Dreams Bedtime Spray

Ylang Ylang, Lavender & Sweet Orange all have calming & relaxing therapeutic properties.  They are also know to be effective sleep aids.

We carry these essential oils & the spray bottle for blending.   Pick-up your supplies at the Guelph Farmers’ Market on Saturday & make your own bedtime spray.  Here’s how:

Sweet Dreams Bedtime Spray

In a 30 ml spray bottle, add distilled water (or reverse osmosis water)
2 drops Ylang Ylang essential oil
7 drops Sweet Orange essential oil
3 drops French Lavender essential oil

Shake well before each use – the essential oils and water do not naturally mix.
